Cooking Class
You can experience a special day in the heart of Chianti by preparing Italian cuisine and ending the experience by eating all the delicacies you have prepared, accompanying them with the wines of “Le Filigare”. Short meeting with the guests, visit of the production cellars, glass of aperitif of Spumante Le Filigare, start of the cooking class for up to 10 adults only.
Hiking Trails
Immersed in 60 hectares of Tuscan countryside, our biological estate extends through vineyards of Chianti classico, olive groves and woodland. Reconnect with nature: take our map and a pair of walking shoes to step out and discover this magnificent landscape with its rural tracks criss-crossing the Via Francigena.

Josephine Frampton is an English painter living near Tavarnelle. She first studied botanical illustration at Kew and later affresco in Italy. Her passion for landscape, the visible and the imaginary, will involve you in a unique experience of practical techniques to stimulate your own experimentation in painting.
