Splendid apartment with independent front entrance ideal for 4 to 6 people.  Furnished in typical Tuscan style with woodbeam ceilings, this is a cosy dwelling.  The lounge and dining area are finely furnished with two elegant sofas, television, wooden wardrobe, table for 6 and fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric kettle and Nespresso machine.  From the lounge an attractive wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine with a desk and a double sofabed.  The sleeping area comprises two double bedrooms, each with its own shower room and hair dryer.  Both rooms, complete with safebox and electric fan, have a magnificent view over the surrounding hills.  Outside a pergola provides shade for a private seating area.

SERVICES INCLUDED

Wonderful swimming pool nestled in the middle of the vineyards, will give you breathtaking views.
The scheduled opening hours are from 9 in the morning until 19 in the evening.
The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 1 October.

Parking will be free for all guests of the estate and night surveillance is also guaranteed
Upon arrival, the guest will receive a welcome kit in his apartment with some of our products
  • For events and weddings: Check-in: from 3pm to 6pm
  • For the Relais: Check-in: from 17 to 19
  • Check-out is the same in both situations and is expected by 10 am.

EXTRA SERVICES

Only for groups of a minimum of 20 people, the awakening will be made even more special by our rich breakfast basket with jams, biscuits, biscuits, tea, herbal teas and a coffee shop available.
Upon request, we organize transfer services from major airports or cities, with dedicated driver service.
With an additional cost it is possible to request the service of linen change and washing of the pool towels.
