Cooking class
You will experience a special day in the heart of Chianti by preparing Italian cuisine and ending the experience by eating all the delicacies you prepared while accompanying them with wines from “Le Filigare”. Brief meeting with guests, tour of the production cellars, glass of aperitif of Le Filigare sparkling wine, start of the cooking class for a minimum of 4 adults.
Hiking Trails
Nestled in 60 hectares of authentic Tuscan countryside, our organic estate stretches between Chianti classico vineyards, olive groves and forest. Take our map and a pair of hiking shoes to set out to explore this magnificent landscape between stretches of the Via Francigena and country roads you will be naturally reconnected with nature.

Josephine Frampton is a British artist living in Tavarnelle. She studied in Cambridge and then took classes in Kew Gardens following her love of botanical paintings. Her passion for art, painting and landscape will engage you in a unique experience full of stimulation and beauty.
