Splendid portion of a villa for 6+1 people, the largest on the estate, arranged on two levels and characterized by barrel ceilings and original terracotta floors. On the ground floor there is a magnificent room furnished with large sofas, a small under-stairs service bathroom and a Tuscan-style kitchen/dining room. From the ground floor there is direct access to the large private outdoor area, equipped with double sun umbrella, table and outdoor sofas, ideal for fully enjoying the outdoors.
A stone staircase leads to the upper floor, with beamed ceilings, where there are three spacious and comfortable rooms: two doubles with en suite bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a jacuzzi tub. The third room, on the other hand, offers two single beds that can convert into a double bed with an adjoining bathroom equipped with a shower. The windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards.
