Spacious splitlevel apartment.  On the ground floor:  direct entrance in to the ample and luminous lounge, finely furnished in the Tuscan style, table for 6, dresser, television and Tuscan style kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric kettle and an adjacent WC.  On the upper floor, accessed by an elegant grey stone (pietra serena) staircase with cast iron bannister, we find the sleeping zone comprising two rooms.  The first, with a magnificent view on to the vineyards, is furnished with a double cast iron canopied bed and an ensuite shower room, the second has twin beds (convertible to a double on request) and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi.  Both bedrooms have electric fan and safebox.  Both bathrooms have hairdryer and fine toilette products.
