Brandy made exclusively from a young wine produced from Sangiovese grapes, vinified on our estate. Distilled by discontinuous method in bain-marie stills and aged 24 months in small French oak barrels. Amber color, fruity and spicy notes with a pleasant ethereal trail. The taste is smooth and enveloping, with a long return of complex tobacco and caramel aromas.
