Le Filigare Cantico is a white wine with a clear, bright straw yellow color with greenish highlights. The nose has floral scents, especially hawthorn, rose and iris, against a background of white fruit, white peach. The aromas perceived on the nose are also found on the palate. The wine is delicate, with balanced acidity, persistent and mineral; overall, it is an elegant wine with pleasant freshness.
Excellent with fresh cheeses, pastas with fish sauces, white meats and fish.
