Le Filigare Vin Santo del Chianti Classico Occhio di Pernice DOC is an amber-colored wine. Aromatic, intense and persistent, with a complex nose that recalls notes of almond, honey and dried fruits such as apricots, raisins and figs. The aromas perceived on the nose are also found on the palate, including dried figs and nuts. The wine is well structured, delicate, with balanced acidity; overall it is persistent, elegant and complex.
Excellent with cantucci, fresh or semi-mature cheeses, dried fruits, cream tart and pastries.
