Occhio di Pernice is our traditional Tuscan Vinsanto: deep amber in color, it offers an aromatic and persistent nose with complex notes of almond, honey and dried fruit. Made by traditional method from Sangiovese, Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes, it is the ideal companion for cantucci, dry pastries and blue cheeses.
