TASTING NOTES: Le Filigare Cantico is a white wine with a clear, bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The scent has hints of flowers, especially hawthorn, rose and iris on a background of white fruits, white peach.
The aromas detectable on the nose are also present on the palate. The wine, is delicate, with a balanced acidity, persistent and mineral; overall, it is an elegant wine with a pleseant freshness.

PAIRING: Excellent with fresh cheeses, pasta with fish-based sauces; white meats and fish.
