Grappa di Chianti Classico is a product exclusively obtained from marcs of Sangiovese grapes produced and wine-made in our company coming from our production of Chianti Classico; distilled through discontinued method in stills at bain-marie and refined for 6 months in steel tanks. Colorless, typical violet aroma coming from Sangiovese. Soft and well structured; remarkable persistence in mouth.
