Grappa di Vinsanto is a product exclusively from our marcs of Malvasia, Trebbiano e Sangiovese dried for long time; distilled through discontinued method in stills at bain-marie and refined for 12 months in french oak barrels. Golden color, aromas of dried fruit and sweet spices. The taste is elegantly silky, soft and well structured with characteristics that reminiscent of straw wines.
