Superior category extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from the Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo varieties of olives that grow in the Chianti Classico area and solely by mechanical means to maintain the organoleptic qualities the olives are processed immediately after harvesting. Lively emerald colour with golden notes, very intense nose of artichoke and tomato leaf. In the mouth it is soft and warm with a slightly spicy flavour.
