TASTING NOTES: Le Filigare Podere Le Rocce IGT Super Tuscan has a deep red color. The aroma is elegant, with typical varietal notes, flowers, black fruits, plum, fine spices, and hints of oak and vanilla.
On the palate, the wine is persistent, full-bodied, and smooth, with a slightly spicy, long, and vibrant finish.
PAIRING: Excellent for pairing with main courses such as red meats, game, grilled and roasted meats, pecorino cheese, vegetarian lasagna with roasted vegetables, and spicy vegetarian dishes.
