Sangiovese grape is pressed and undergoes a short maceration in the wine press, followed by soft squeezing out. Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and second fermentation in the bottle following traditional method, leaving the wine rest on its yeasts for 36 months. Peach colored with fine and persistent perlage; floral, wild strawberries, bread crust and citrus scents. Rich and elegant with a long mineral end.
