Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia del Chianti e Sangiovese

The grapes accurately selected are put on wickers for natural drying till Dicember. After the delicate pressing the must is fermented in “caratelli”. The alcoholic fermentation is long and slow: the aging happens for 5 years. Amber color with charming fig, dried fruit aromas and honey. Warm and soft sweetness with dry final taste of toasted almond.
