“Le Filigare is one of those places that cannot be told only through wine, but through the people and that feeling of lightness that makes you feel exactly where you are meant to be. I have lived Le Filigare since 2019, and over the years I have come to know it as a collection of slow moments, shared tables, summer lights, open windows facing the countryside and voices blending softly in the background. It is from this feeling that the project was born; the desire to tell, through a bottle, the warm and spontaneous atmosphere that can be felt at Le Filigare. The phrases come naturally, almost like thoughts whispered softly between a glass of wine and a laugh,
because this is the kind of lightness this place leaves with people. From here comes a limited edition created for those who already recognize themselves in this feeling, or for those still searching for a place capable of making them feel this way. Not simply a bottle of wine, but a small fragment of an authentic atmosphere to bring to the table, share and remember.”

Straw-yellow in colour with greenish highlights. Floral notes of hawthorn, rose and iris against a backdrop of white fruit and peach. Delicate, with balanced acidity; persistent and mineral.

Cherry red. On the nose, yellow peach, red and blackberries and arbutus, with a hint of earthiness. Lively on the palate, with refreshing acidity and an explosion of red fruits.

Giallo paglierino con riflessi verdognoli. Sentori floreali di biancospino, rosa e iris su un fondo di frutta bianca e pesca. Delicato, con acidità equilibrata, persistente e minerale.
In tavola — formaggi freschi, primi con sughi di pesce, carni bianche e pesce.
Germoglio
“Love me like you love Sangiovese”
Rosso ciliegia. Al naso pesca gialla, more rosse e nere e corbezzolo, con un accenno terroso. Al palato vivace, con acidità rinfrescante e un'esplosione di frutti rossi.
In tavola — aperitivo, salumi, formaggi, pizze, sughi al pomodoro, castagne arrosto.
Rosato
“Save water, drink rosé”
Rosa antico tenue. All'olfatto sentori di fiori, soprattutto viola, su un fondo di ciliegia, frutti rossi e ribes. Delicato, con acidità equilibrata, elegante e di piacevole freschezza.
In tavola — aperitivo, salumi, torte salate, primi di verdure o pesce, secondi di pesce.
